Below are our frequently asked questions and rules, carefully crafted to ensure a safe, enjoyable, and unforgettable dino-party experience for all our guests.
- Children must be accompanied by a parent or adult at all times, adult supervision is required.
- Waivers are required for all guests to enter Dinoland.
- Be nice! No bullying, name calling or physical contact between children are allowed.
- GRIP socks are required for all guests, no shoes are allowed in the play areas or on the mats.
- No outside food/dessert is allowed.
- No lobby parties are permitted.
- No gum, food or drinks are allowed in the play areas.
- Do not wear jewelry while playing inside the playground.
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen items, please keep your items with you.
- Children whom are visibly sick should not be brought into our facility. If your child has a fever, has been vomiting or has diarrhea, drainage from an eye, a sore throat, severe cough or frequent sneezing this spreads sickness to others. Any child deemed visibly sick will not be allowed entry.
- No Climbing or Standing on the Outer Portions of the Play Equipment. Do not climb up the slides. No Running in the lobby.
- No smoking or vaping allowed. No weapons of any kind are allowed.
- Please find party reservations rules under party packages.
- We do not have a public restroom; restrooms are for customers only.
Frequently Asked Questions
1. Can we bring outside food into the lobby?
No, we have a strict no outside food policy.
2. Are we allowed to have a walk-in lobby party?
We do not allow lobby parties, no outside food, dessert, or décor is allowed in the lobby.
3. Is there a limit to how long we can stay?
On weekends and holidays, we have a 2 hour play limit rule.
4. Do you require grip socks?
Yes GRIP socks are required to play, if you do not have grip socks we sell them at the café.
5. Can parents enter the playground with their child?
Parents are welcome to go inside the playground as long as they have socks on.
6. Do you offer field trips?
